Always informative and easily to navigate websites. Product discerption is always accurate and prices are very competitive.
Only thing that keeps me from rating as 5 stars is that the trailer hitch arrived with dings in the paint that will likely lead to premature rusting. It wasn't worth the hassle to send back and a lot of times dings like this will come with normal use. It's just really disappointing to have "new" things that are already dinged up.

The hitch is well manufactured. The welds are accurate. The included hardware is nice (although I recommend upgrading the coating from a zinc electroplate to a zinc nickel which will make these components last forever and barely increase the cost). The instructions and video are awesome.
The Blue Ox base plate fit but I had to cut the metal shield that you show in your video. But mine was made of metal and not plastic. It took a little to figure where to cut it so it looked good after the install. I have a 2024 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 392. The Hopkins road wiring kit worked great with no problems.

The jack was configured to swing backwards. I took parts from the old jack to reconfigure the new one. It took 20 min extra to install it.
