Ordered from website on 8/18 given an estimate of delivery 8/21, piece didn't even ship until 8/22 and delivered 8/24…could've ordered from Amazon and guaranteed delivery on 8/21

Had to remove wiring box and bumper cover, but otherwise easy install. Perfect for my bike rack.

Website was easy to navigate. Price was cheaper than many other sites. Was easy to order and feel comfortable you had the correct part for your vehicle. What I purchased was delivered quickly.

Easy to install works great! The drive and slave heads are removable, makes it less difficult to install.

Although the correct item was shipped, the image on the web site and the packing was completely different.

Ordered a new taillight for my camper and unfortunately, the only lens for my camper has some variations compared to the other taillight. For example, a reverse light was not available.

Needed to replace a broken strut for my Thule Evolution, and etrailer had what I needed. I figured out what I needed to do and how, but some might benefit with a diagram or two of how to take the strut off and what tools are needed.

I know nothing about hitches for 5th wheels. Etrailer made it simple to find the one I needed for my 2024 Chevrolet 3500.

The box the hitch was in had numerous rips and the hitch itself was scratched and scuffed in at least five spots. Just cosmetic so not going to bother with a return.

Products ordered arrived a week later than expected. If the only option of shipping vendor is USPS from you all I will probably shop elsewhere. I have experienced bad service from them recently on orders from other vendors. Shipping isn't a cheap date anymore and I've realized it seems to be the Wichita Ks post office that falters.
