Shopping experience was good - very happy with that. Follow up was also good. The delivery wasn't good - the shelf was left at the end of my driveway - 130' from the house/trailer. It weighed approximately 250#. I had to get a neighbor to help me carry it up to my garage. I wonder what would happen to someone who didn't have help readily available and/or couldn't left their half of the shelf. The shelf is not installed yet as the Manufacturer (Keystone) couldn't tell me if any plumbing/wiring was underneath the floor. So, when I have time I will need to take the panels down to look for myself before I can install it.

Easy process I haven't tried to install it on my truck as of now.
I order a part on a Wednesday and paid $80+ for expedited shipping to get the part to my location on Friday, so that I would have it for my return home trip on Sunday. As it turned out the part did not arrive by Friday, and the UPS facility it was sent to did not deliver on Saturday. Bandy honestly told me the wrong shipping method was used and she could find no solution to get it to me by Sunday. They would have expected me another part but they shipped the last part they had in inventory. She refunded my shipment cost. Therefore I had to stay an additional 1 1/2 days. I would have given this a 1 star had it not been for her honesty. If I could give her a 5star, and shipping a 1star I would do so.
I needed to replace a Titan model 60 drum brake actuator on a much-needed work trailer. My order was quickly filled and shipped. This prompt service allowed a work crew to use the trailer the following week.

When parts are being packaged, I feel they could do better. The bag of hardware had burst open & were everywhere, & missing a few nuts.
