The Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under conversion Kit worked perfectly. Instructions were great. The only negative experience was the shipping process. It was supposed to ship by ground delivery to our physical address but it went to our Post Office which has limited hours and receiving it was a chore.

Best deal for this hitch was on etrailer. The installation is very straightforward, if you are unsure, watch the video and save a bunch of money doing it yourself.

The installation started out a little rough. I went through the hardware packet and found one of the 1/4 inch shoulder bolts missing. A trip to my local Ace hardware store solved that problem. All of the other hardware seem to be there, but when I went to run the nuts on the 1/4 inch bolts, they were 5/16 not 1/4 inch. Super handy. A second trip to my local Ace Hardware store remedied that issue.
Overall the installation was very straightforward and went well. I am pretty confident that I will be happy with the Firestone ride rite system when I get a chance to hook up the RV and take it out for a test spin and figure out what pressure we want to run the system at while towing. I took a couple hundred mile trip (no camper) over the weekend with about 10 pounds in the bags and dropped them down to 5 pounds when I got home, it was a bit too stiff.

I have a Thule hitching post bike rack. I was missing a plastic cap. Thule doesn't sell that part as a replacement part. I was able to order a cap from another Thule rack (Thule Parkway) and it fit. I'm glad that etrailer has posted the part dimensions. Thank you!

Items arrived in three different shipments. I was advised of only 2. The boxes were destroyed by the time I got them. Even the boxes inside were broken. Grated these were brake rotors and hubs. However they should have been packed better.
I ordered both an Air Lift Air Springs and Compressor Kits. I really liked etrailer's tools that help you choose the correct items for your specific vehicle and how it "confirms" you've selected the right parts/kits. I also liked the tracking feature that allowed me to schedule an installer shortly after the kits arrived.
