I was shopping for a truck and I called Etrailer to see if they had what I needed to flow my new vehicle. The guy knew what he was talking about. After I obtain the vehicle, I called and spoke with a young woman who didn't know anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with her. She still didn't get it so I had to send her an email with photos and I never got a response or heard from her for four days…. Finally, I called back and got another woman who knew exactly what I needed and I had it all in my cart and ordered in 10 minutes. However, somehow the shipping address was wrong so they put a hold on my order but didn't tell me about it so I had to go looking two days later to find out what the problem was. I called and waited on the phone for 25 minutes for somebody to answer to find out that the address was bad. In the meantime, I had emailed Etrailer. After I got the address fixed via telephone, I checked my email and somebody named George said here's your link to view your order Without resolving my problem, which was the address. I responded that the address was the problem and that's why he had put it on hold and I didn't appreciate nobody contacting me. I never heard from him again. Finally, everything got shipped and I'm in business.

First piece arrived damaged, etrailer promptly sent me another. Thank you for the heads up response. 5 stars guys. Thank You.

It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that i needed a 2" hole saw and self tapping screws in order to install. I could have gotten them while waiting for it to be delivered.

Got hitch and electrical kit and installed it all myself. 6 bolts is all it took. Recommend you have two people for the first 2 bolts but then you can do it yourself. The electrical kit was easy. The clip is about 6 inches deep in the jack well but just reach in and clip in. The grounding wire is also easy. Just to the left of the jack is a perfect hole to bolt to. No molding had to be removed.

Hardest part is torquing the bolts. If you do not have a torque wrench it is use your battery powered driver with a 22 mm socket and drive it in. Then manually turn bolt 3/4 of a full turn again and that got me to the right torque. If you have an impact driver that is not the same as a driver.
