Dishonest shipping dates and time, zero quality control. Lack of concern for customer, uncooperative with quicker shipping

Wish it would have been a better purchase experience. I would like to give 5 stars but only half of the shipment showed up on time and I had to call customer service to get the rest of the hitch sent to me.
Since the shipment was late I wasn't able to use my personal pickup to haul our new 5th wheel out to camp for labor day weekend.

Went online and looked for what I needed and called to verify information. The agent was very helpful, polite and kind. I however have isssues with the measurements in the instructions. They were wrong for my 2008 F150 supercrew. After cutting measurement strip and doing a fit test noticed it was too long. Thank God for it being longer. For I was able to cut more off the strip. The instructions called for 130" and 134". For my truck the correct length was an actually 120"" and 124". It was a pain having to do everything again a second time. Those instructions should be changed. Other than that I was able to cut and use the previously cut strips in smaller size to fill in the gaps.

Delivered on time used it the next day no issues. The only issue was that I am old and I needed a 2nd set of hands. LOL would have been no problem if I had done this a few years ago.

The faucet works great and for the price I couldn't be more happy, I am a plumbing and I was a little skeptical at first of the quality but after I installed the faucet I was happy to see it works great and for me was extremely easy to install

I ordered my new bike rack on your website on a Saturday based on your website's advertised ship date of Tuesday... because I was leaving for a trip on Wednesday afternoon. It did not arrive until late that week when I was already away. As a result, I was unable to bring my bikes and ended up renting bikes.

It was disappointing. I got it when I returned and tested it out - seems great - but really disappointed on the ship date missed expectation. Otherwise, the buying experience was good.
