The winch and all the parts arrived intact, but the packing box was completely destroyed
The trailer hitch and wiring harness that I purchased were easy to install appear to be quality products. The wiring harness that I ordered was missing from the original shipment but a quick call to customer service resolved the problem and I received the wiring harness the next day.

They missed the original delivery date by four days. When I contacted CS after they missed the original delivery date, I was told that they misplaced the item and it was not on the shelf where it was supposed to be and that they had located it and it would for sure be delivered the next day. Actually, I received it three days later. Then when it arrived, it was damaged and I am currently working with CS to resolve the damage issue.
Price for product was high, but that's the RV way. They communicated from order to delivery and beyond.
My mistake as I thought lights came in pairs, so I've ordered a second LED light. Order was filled quickly and items were as described. Will use this company again…

Everything arrived and in good working order. The only thing I had a small issue with is they separated the order and I did not get the tracking number of the 2nd shipment.
Several options of axles/springs/etc.
It was a perfect fit. Installation was difficult compared to other cars. But definatly a job that can be done in a few hours with the right tools
Was not able to install exactly as prescribed but I got the job done with same end results, the shipping package was damaged with a u bolt falling out but luckily all parts were accounted for, very good product I imagine have not actually tried it out yet but am excited to.

It was much smaller than I had expected, but with a little bit of trim work, it fit nicely and work the first time.
Product did what it was bought for unfortunately for me all the people that said u could raise the pop up roof with a drill must have a magic drill.2500 ftlb drill or 3200 impact were all a bust.Product a quick delivery along with follow ups were terrific. Would use these guys again.
