Replacement removable hinge was relatively easy to install. It fits perfectly and now my steps function properly and I have the option of removing them if necessary by just pulling the two pins.

The hitch was great but came a day late after suspected delivery date, had to move my installation appointment to the next day.

I like the website and product offerings. I ordered a few items and the package arrived about a week later. Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered, a receiver hit, was missing the hardware and instructions. I notified etrailer and they responded promptly, confirmed the hardware was missing, and said they would send out a new set of hardware. That was all good, but I was a little underwhelmed when the rep stated it would be another 2-3 business days before it would ship out. Not a huge deal, but I am excited to get this hitch installed and the extended is a downer.

I've bought 4 items for a camper fix project in the last week or so; the vent cover was great quality, I dont think this was from etrailer, a interior light, a back porch door light and a license plate light. All three are of poor terrible quality. The license plate light arrived broken. The original parts lasted since 1997, these (if not broken) would last maybe 3 years I'd guess.
Im not looking for a cheap item, I'm looking for just what used to be normal quality.

Glad that they have a way to move and be secured on the top.
Don't have to worry about them being removed so easily
