I had a trained independent RV tech troubleshoot the problem in my 1997 5th wheel. He orders lots of parts from your company. He gave me the info, he was scheduled to leave the area and so I ordered it, had a competent colleague install it and the new replacement converter has breathed new life into my RV.
Product was delivered quickly and installation was easy..
The company sent the product out quickly and sent several updates on where my order was during the order and shipment process. Was also packed well in a sturdy box.
The shipping experience was not good on this order. I know like all shippers, there could be issues, but it stated that it was delivered when in fact it was not. I finally received the item. I believe it was missed delivered and if it wasnt for an honest person, I would have to had ordered another or have it replaced.

Looks like a solid well built hitch. Came complete with hardware. Service with order was great.
Fit beautifully without cutting, lifted up maybe 1/4 inch only. Extremely happy with look, doesn't take away from appearance of my vehicle at all but now I have more versatility.

Absolutely wonderful! The quality and strength of the railing is perfect. Looks really nice along the wood stairs we built. The 5th when we put it on is 10 years old and the new railing makes it look brand new! We love the look and the ease of folding it down, if we take it anywhere. Great product!
