The shopping experience was great and the products arrived on time. The receiver hitch had some significant surface damage but we live in a dry climate, so I touched it up and installed the reliever assembly in 15 minutes. (It took longer to get the tools out than install the hitch!) The wiring kit instructions were not for my vehicle and it took a few minutes to find the correct video on e-trailer. Once I found that the wiring installed easily.
I purchased a trac rack system with the ASSUMPTION that it comes with the TRACKs that mount to the bed rails. Well i did not notice the descrption that said solid mount. And in the photo of the system it showed the tracks in the photo. That is why i am giving a low rating. I will modify the system to make it the way i want.

Ordered a new tow ball hitch. The hitch, all of the pics and descriptions helped my decision, coulndt be happier.
Received parts, description said that 2 nuts and 2 hold down plates were included but this box only had 1 hold down plate. Under the gun for time so I used the old parts to get back on the road
