Pleasant as always with e-trailer. I even enjoy my trailer more as I remember all parts that improved it, and the learning along the way. Piece of mind on the road with less stress and more confidence is huge. The detailed information e-trailer provides about there stuff makes all the difference when choosing the best option.

It works great and we have used it already. That's all I have to say about the subject.

I needed a hitch and wiring harness for my 2020 Honda Passport. The site has good articles and videos describing the difference harness options (4 pin vs 7 pin) to help you determine what you need to buy. And very good installation with tips video. I bought the etrailer hitch as it was the best price and is manufactured by the same manufacturer as Curt but with a different fininsh. My order came quickly in a big box. Putting the hitch on was very straigt forward. You really need to clean out the weld nuts in the Honda's frame. I did it by squirting lubricant and running the bolts all the way to the head 6 times. It took several in and outs with lubricant in between before the bolts would go in easily. I installed the hitch myself using one of those small harbor freight racing jacks. I balanced the middle on the jack and lifted up and three bolts on the left hand tight than moved over to the other side and did the other three. After that I wrenched and wrenched. Getting the torque was pretty touch.

Overall it was pretty easy ones the bolt holes got cleaned out. Have not done wire harness yet but will follow the excellent etrailer video for the Passport.

Bought the receiver hitch and it arrived a day early. Easy to install. Using it for a four up mountain bike rack and seems very solid.

Shipment arrived on time, well packaged. Install worked great, except for the part where the slide direction was opposite the original. Easy to fix.

This is a hard to find item for my application. I have a 1 ton work van with oversized wheels and tires and I am having trouble while braking with death wobble. Also occasionally rough roads will introduce the same problem. Hoping that this works.

Ordered 4 complete drum plates, was missing one manual adjuster and spring but they shipped the parts out 2 day shipping and all was good! Stuff happens sometimes and I understand that but they fixed it quickly!
