Very easy to order, shipping was quick and the receiver mounted right up. 30 minutes or so, by myself.

Very happy with the product and etrailer. Recieved an email after each step of the process.

Finally installed my hitch after having it sit around for a week or so. It took me a lot longer than it should have since I had no help and it was hard muscling it around. However after I figured out a way to support one end, and tying the receiver to the trunk latch to hold it up in the center, it went fairly quick. If I had a little more crawl space and another pair of hands, I think it would have taken a bit over an hour. Saved about $300 by doing it myself as opposed to taking it to one of those trailer rental places that do it.

I purchased this trailer hitch for my 2013 Audi Q5. After following the etrailer video and disassembling the vehicle for install, I found that the upper supports were off by about 1/4 of an inch. Also, only one of the rear support plates could be installed as shown. Very disappointed after the work that had been done. I will say that customer support was very good. Representative understood issue, tried to help, and did process the return of hitch promptly. Looks like a great product but need to insure items fit vehicles as stated.

Shipping took more than a week, but it got here finally. Haven't installed it yet.

This is the second time we have placed an order with etrailer. Their website is straight forward and easy to use. Their communication is prompt and courteous and includes follow up. I could get my product from etrailer faster and at a slightly lower cost than other competitors and it arrived well packaged.

Was able to plug in the make and model of car to get a trailer that should fit without having to hunt around. Payment systems were also well executed. I have not yet installed the hitch so cannot attest to actual fit etc but so far so good.

Good instructions and (relatively) easy to install. All needed hardware included. Very happy with purchase, and can't wait to start towing!

Simple easy installation and working great. Good choice for the ability to now tow my gooseneck with existing mounts for my 5th wheel.

Its hard to understand how etrailer can successfully deliver something as big as wheels and tires faster than most retailers can deliver a small package.
In addition, their packaging is beefy and second to none.
