The packaging was insufficient. The hitch poked thru the packaging in multiple places. The parts of the hitch remaining inside the packaging were also scratched, bare metal exposed. I had to sand, scuff, and repaint the entire hitch. The other components included inside the packaging were perfect.
I received the wrong part and after spending my afternoon dropping off my vehicle and then picking it up only for them to tell me it is the wrong part is leaving me feel quite frustrated. I only have so much time to deal with a mountain of tasks and this sets me back a lot. Now I have to deal with returning the part and deciding whether I want to risk this hassle again.
Also, one of the arms of the trailer was sticking out of the box upon delivery. Not that I care about a scratch on the hidden part of the hitch, but it is annoying to have heavy wrong parts sticking out of boxes upon delivery.
