Great customer experience when I called on my product tracking.

I've ordered several items from eTrailer in the past, from bike racks to hitch receivers, and each time has been a pleasant experience.

Easy peasy! Wiring was a little tougher than described but doable for the novice. Just need to figure a way to reinforce their boxes so the hitch stay in it.

Quick and easy to find what I needed. Delivered on time, quality I expected. Easy to buy, take delivery and install.

We bought a new (to us) pickup camper to take on a long trip. Ordered the stairs since the three step one that we got when we bought it wasn't tall enough when on our F350.
Shipping was super quick and arrived right before our departure.

First time installing two hitch, was little difficult since I did not have help but other than that everything looks great.

Keys came with assembly. They were inserted in lock which is okay but should have been zipped tied to the assembly to keep them from falling in the box or falling out of the box during pre shipment and during shipment.

Refurbished an old Calkin boat trailer. Your company was easy to navigate for the parts I needed. Shipping was really fast considering I live in the Pacfic ocean! I hade a small issue with one of my prefers and the customer service handle it perfectly!

On our 2017 Chevrolet Equinox I needed an 18mm and 3/4" socket to do the install. 18mm are scarce as hens teeth. (Found a 6 point deep-well - USA made - in a bucket of sockets in a pawn shop).
I purchased a 10mm x 1.75 tap from Menards BEFORE EVEN STARTING to tap and clean the nuts that are welded INSIDE the frame.
Ended up purchasing a 1/2" x 6" long extension for my torque wrench to be able to tighten the two bolts on each side of receiver.
Other than the above every thing went smoothly and would buy from etrailer again.
My only regret is i didn't order the little bracket that holds the connector in place. Be sure to put this in your order. I would hate paying shipping just for that!
