The item was delivered on time but half of the item had broken through the packaging.
Part was fine and everything was there, but the box it came in looked like it went skydiving without a parachute. It had major damage and was tore open on several different areas. Good thing it was a hitch and not something breakable.
Shopping is easy, with the vehicle selector. There's a good selection to choose from and the installation was pretty straightforward.
The hitch, wire harness and bracket all came in one box. I watched the videos and read the instructions. Assembly went well. I did the installation solo. I discovered I didn't need to remove the muffler. Only lower it. Much easier.
Everything I bought fit as it was described, they provided installation videos and the tracking communication was top notch.

Purchased this bike rack for my wife's car, a 2009 Honda Coupe. Not having to bolt the rack to the hitch was a big factor and it proved just as easy as it appeared to be in the video to slide the rack into place and secure it with the stinger side pin and knob tightening mechanism. Sleek design, fold down ratcheting arms with no center mast, and tilting capability were also big pluses. Having a tire track/tray instead of separate "shoes" that need to be adjusted to fit the wheel base was another big reason we chose this model. Very pleased with the design features and the overall look of it. She's looking forward to using it for her next bike trip.

We recently bought a 2017 Tahoe & found out pretty quickly how much taller than our 2001 Silvy. We have a small light weight camper & don't really need the WD hitch but I love how much better the trailer feels on the road that I want to keep using it. Looking for a drop down shank I found you guys & I'm glad, all I had to do was enter the model, make & year of my towing vehicle & what I needed popped out...I still haven't hooked it up to the camper to make sure it's low enough but I did need about a 9 inch drop, which is what the original suggested drop shank on your vehicle search engine was.
Purchased a replacement battery charger for my Traiker Vaket. Delivery was great. The charger has a light to show the charging status but the light did not come on. I don't know if the light only comes on when the battery is charged or if it should be on the entire charging cycle and go off when the battery is charged.

A good replacement for my TT. Was disappointed that the inside fins are a bit flimsy and it did not come with new screws, had to reuse old screws that weren't in the best shape. Did however get it faster than from Amazon
