Got it yesterday and installed it today everything is working so far.

I like that the items were listed as "confirmed to fit" my vehicle. I did not appreciate the expected arrival date changed once the order was placed. Fortunately I did not need this item on the original expected arrival date. Unfortunately I did not study & cross reference the installation video & the hitch I received used different bolts than the hitch shown in the video. My installation would have gone much better if I matched my purchase to the hitch in the video instead of choosing the one of the hitches that "confirmed to fit" my vehicle (which it did fit)

We placed an order on September 2nd and expected the delivery 4-5 days later. When the delivery day arrived and nothing arrived, we reached out only to find that our order never was processed due to an internal issue. Unfortunately the email telling us this was never received.

I ordered the 25K B&W 5th wheel hitch as trailer was considerably lower in cost than Amazon and other places. The hitch was shipped and arrived in just a couple of days. The quality of the hitch was already known as this is my 3rd B&W product. The hitch was packed poorly and unfortunately the head was damaged, handle bent and coating chipped around the bent area. I immediately notified trailer customer service and they drop shipped another head without even asking. The new head arrived in much better packaging and was in perfect condition. This company stands by their products and I'll continue shopping with them.

Was the easiest way to get the parts needed fast much faster than amazon cheaper and right parts first time

Having trouble grounding my lights to an old trailer. Ordered a dual wiring harness with built two built in ground wires and the problem was solved.

Exact part we were looking for, hand rail that fit as it was designed.

The gooseneck lock sold to me doesn't fit around the hitch. Need to return and get correct one.
