Second item I have bought from etrailer.com. Great place to get good Malone racks. Alas, the shipping this time was not so great. ETrailer used USPS to ship my order. I kept checking the status and USPS said a shipping label was created, though they stated they had not received the item yet from the shipper. The item finally arrived yesterday, the 12th. It was shipped the 1st. I called customer service at etrailer.com and they told me this was typical of USPS. So I kept waiting, then called again on the 11th and the great customer support person, Clare, turned in a tracking ticket to USPS. Then the item arrived on the 12th.
