Took 3 hours to install. Access holes in frame were not big enough for hardware. Had to grind holes bigger. Average homeowner would not be able to install this.

Yep, tough one to put on and I've done plenty over the years. Definitely put painters tape on the bumper and fender just above to protect the paint.
Pull off the nut clips from the forward ends of the bumpers to keep these from scratching paint too.
Be gentle with the taillight removal, this was a pain.
Most importantly, before you loosen and remove the assy with the clips above the bumper reinforcement; mark the position, it can move up and down more than a 1/4 inch. I tightened mine at the lowest position and the was unable to get the upper bumper edge to clip in. So I got to remove the bumper a 2nd time to adjust the position of this assembly. Brutal. Otherwise, set aside plenty of time and have a helper hardy to help you with the bumper removal and install.
