This is the second bike rack we've purchased thru you -one for car and one for RV. Obviously we like your products and service. Your customer service was very helpful when we were trying to figure out which rack would work best for our small car.
Fast shipping and very easy transaction. Ordered on line very easy.
Purchase and delivery was quick. I box was almost useless. Both arm were protruding and scratch up.

I had a lift for Forester access.
Quickly found hitch weight too much for a senior to hold up. While aligning bolts. I used a floor jack sitting on lift to support. Hitch center of gravity is too far forward. So required using a hitch ball inserted from front. Jack was placed under ball's tube so hitch was better balanced while aligning bolts and attaching nuts.
Even with a jack to support. Requires two people when aligning and fastening bolts.
Took 3+ hours plus long breaks.
As usual I received the correct parts and on time. In a world of choices there is no other choice to make but etrailer for all your trailer needs.

Ordering my 4 pin trailer plug adapter was super easy and it was delivered when eTrailer predicted it.wpuld be. My only complaint is rhey said they would send me an email confirming shipping and I never got one. Otherwise I would have given a higher rating.

I ordered a trailer hitch and lighting harness from etrailer after watching some of their install videos. Shipping was fast and the installation went exactly as described in the tutorials. Within 10 days of placing the order I was towing a small trailer behind my Crosstrek without any issues.

Retractable cover not exiting canister evenly. Cover does not latch on left side at tailgate. Is there an adjustment for this?

Packaging was poor. Box was entirely too big for product. No filler material added to accommodate for void. Product bounced inside box causing box to become breached. Scratched paint on product. Product was not damaged since it's steel but it's rather disappointing to pay hard earned money and it arrives in this condition. Good product though..
