Saved us about $30 on shipping and received the item faster! Wings of the bolt-on hitch are protruding out of the cardboard of the box, but how could that be helped? Haven't unwrapped it yet, but given what it's made of I don't think it could be damaged...

This is at least my second purchase with you. The shipping was prompt and the replacement fan motor looks good. I have yet to install it.
The shopping experience was easy. The product arrived quickly but unfortunately the hitch was by a different vendor. The good news was it still fit the same vehicle, I just wish I had been alerted in advance to the fact that a substitute would be provided. Hitch is installed and working well.
Instructions ere a little vague on where to install the brackets that go into the stake pockets. The illustration shows them on the outside of the rack when tightening them down, I had to place on the slots inside the rack. It is now well mounted and looks great.
We have a 2020 Airstream Globetrotter with a Dometic 3-burner stove. This grate replaced the individual pot stands on each of the burners that were quite small and pans would tip over. The match isn't perfect but the grate fits and it works well! Much more stable pots and pans!

The 5 inch offset is exactly what was needed for the gooseneck on the horse trailer to clear taunue cover when it was folded up and fastened down. Perfectly fit in the factory puck system.
Trailer received, box was damaged but that is expected with a heavy chunk of metal. Hitch was undamaged.
Very helpful I wasn't sure what tow bar I need to go with base plate that was already install. She went over the options and we reside the e trailer tow bar would be best. Very happy with the bar!
