Thule has a terrible design for the anti-sway bracket, and when the rack is in the "stowed" position on your car it can fall off onto the road and be lost forever. The bracket here was a good alternative at a fair price and came quick after I lost both anti sways on my hitch.
Needed to call Curt tech support. Curt images and paperwork were poor, but tech support was helpful.
Customer service was excellent and helpful. Items were well-priced and seem to be of good quality. My only complaint was that the brake assemblies were boxed with just a small amount of packing, thus they got banged up in transit and "disassembled" to a degree. It took a while for me to put them back together using the one of four that stayed together as a guide. Beyond that, excellent transaction.

Looking for the 5th wheel bed rail kit to fit my truck and everyone told me that they don't make one that's sold without the fifth wheel hitch. I was able to reach out to the etrailer team and they dug it up for me in minutes and gave me the part number to get it ordered. Great service.

I received my order. My only complaint was when I placed my order online it had a delivery date on Friday. My package was not even shipped out till Thursday. It should have been shipped out on Wednesday. This was a little misleading because the Friday delivery date was one of the reason I chose etrailer. I'm glad it came UPS and not FedEx

Product could not be installed per supplied instructions.After contacting manufacture they would not admit their instructions were wrong, and needed proof. I could not get in contact with anyone who had actually installed product on intended vehicle.
I did buy one first pair of wheels for my trailer boat last year. Then I decided to replace the other pair. I did it with another seller, because of the slight lower price. Guess what: The seller did not honor the shipping schedule (several days). I cancelled the purchase and did buy this time with etrailer. Everything runs perfectly with a professional supervision all the time. My advice: Do not change a winning team. And, after all, the difference in price was inexpressible. Congratulations to BILL S and all etrailer team.
