I was probably a little naïve to think I would just screw in six screws and it would be done. Screws would not go in, cleaned the threads and lubricated them, but didn't make a difference. I contacted customer service that told me to go to an installer. Cost of shipping isn't worth it to return the item.

I only received half of my order the first time. I called to get the UPS tracking number since UPS said the package was delivered. The tracking number was no longer up on the UPS website. When I called I found out that part or my order was on hold, and had not shipped. I was assured by Dave that the rest of my order would ship right out. The second part of my order arrived yesterday, too late to be installed before I left for a camping trip. The products are great. The shipping has been less timely than expected. I haven't had a chance to contact customer service yet.
