We are on the road and needed parts for our RV. We coordinated getting them shipped to where we would be when they arrive. The shipping for the specific items seemed to always take 2 days longer than estimated. After a couple of missed deliveries we got it on the third. E-trailer was very accommodating the whole process.

Nice website, easy to navigate. My mudflaps shipped fast and these things are heavy duty. Had to use a hole punch to pop thru the holes on the 1/2 inch set I don't know if the thinner ones are like that. Great quality will be using Etrailers from now on

This is my second time over the past four years ordering hitch receivers from etrailers. The first for my Hyundai Santa Fe, this second for my ford edge. Both were delivered without any issues and fairly easy to install.Customer service assisted me with this order- They were very knowledgeable and gave clear instructions.
