Exact replacement for original LCI slam latch except you cannot order it keyed to your camper. For $120 plus dollars you should be able to get it keyed alike. The only thing broke on the original was probably a $10 piece of metal but Lippert doesn't offer replacement parts.
Your shopping tips and installation video for 2022 Highlander Limited were excellent. Installation went smoothly even for one person. I only had to use 1 jack stand to assist me holding up one side while bolting the other. I did it all without raising the car, just slid under neath. Thanks

My order of a propane/carbon monoxide detector was lost in the mail. I called the person listed at etrailer on my order, and he personally answered the phone, did some research, and sent out a replacement. Very easy to follow up on things.

We recently went popping up and didn't take our portable grey water tank knowing that our grey water could drain straight out the hose into a drain. Got setup and realized the fitting was left in the grey water tote. After getting home I did some investigation and finally found this ETrailer, PERFECT!

First time ordering here and it was peachy. We recieved the package in a timely manner, despite the box being retaped and dented, the item wasnt damaged.
The sales staff are excellent and quick to answer questions.
I ordered a spare tire and a Timbren suspension set. Was shipped immediately and showed up in 2 days. That's amazing for today's shipping turn around time. Did receive a follow up request to ensure order was received! I am 2 months out on another company and haven't even received an acknowledgement from my first inquiry 6 weeks ago.
