We received the item quickly. I haven't had a chance to use it yet as I'd have to put my roof carrier on, but it looks just like the one I needed to replace.

This rack was delivered in good shape and all parts were enclosed. Be sure to study the instructions carefully, the pictures are very small. I neglected to do this and had to reassemble. I have only used this rack for a short time so can not address longevity.

HItch was beat up a little bit in shipping, some paint chipped off. It apparntly not the one that they showed for 2015 highlander in video instructions. The hitch will do a fine job anyway, just shows to much of the cross bar compaired to instruction video.
