For the first time, I was sent the wrong product, fenders were the wrong size that I ordered. However, new ones are on the way and as usual e trailer support staff were wonderful to work with. The return of the other fenders will be paid for by etrailer. I normally give them a 5 stars but due to the issue of the incorrect order, I rated them accordingly this time. As far as customer service, they always get a 5 star and in my experience in the past has always been 5 star.
Every time I have used your web page I have found it extremely easy to use and have always found the items I am looking for at a reasonable price. When I have called in the past, tech support was extremely helpful which was impressive.
