The product was very affordable and fit my vehicle perfectly. Only had to drill 2 holes, pop in the carriage bolts and tighten it up. My only complaint is the way the product was packaged and shipped. The end of the Receiver poked through the cardboard box and got scuffed up during shipping. There were also som imperfections in the coating here and there.

All parts were corect and fit great. Upon ordering on a monday parts would be delivered that thursday, after checking the tracking on thursday parts would be delivered on saturday. Saturday came and went and parts were not recieved until the following monday.

While the customer service and site layout is great, the most frustrating thing in the world is having the hitch arrive in a huge box with 80% dead air volume with absolutely no void filler. The hitch weighs roughly 25 pounds, so it should have been fine, but due to the space, it was jostled around and the powder coat (epoxy coat? Not positive.) wore/chipped off in a few places. I know that sounds like a nit pick, and to some extent I agree. I am concerned that the hitch will rust in the snow/salt of a Utah winter.
