I received my tow hitch in great condition. It was packaged well for shipping. Great quality hitch with easy install. I do recommend looking on YouTube for install instructions. There is one guy specifically who is incredibly helpful on how to remove the bumper and expose the frame without having to do any extra drilling for holes or any extra cutting of your bumper panel.
Nice kit, plug and play. Took about 30 minutes to install. Know works well, I like that it lights up and let's you know it has power.

Heavy duty hitch. The inside to inside dimensions were off by 1/16". Not too bad, but I had to beat the crap out of the flanges to get it to slide over the frame of the car. Other than that it is fine.
Product was exactly as described, slightly longer than the ones that came with the rack. My only complaint is that they are sold in two packs when 3 are needed for each bike, so have to by 2 packs, but not a biggy, and that's a Yakima thinkg, not an etrailer thing. Shipping was pretty quick, and I appreciated that.

Went to their website, found what I needed, ordered it, they sent confirmation, it showed up. How things should work!
The camera I purchased works as intended; however, the unit I received was an open-box item. The monitor's plastic cover was very wrinkled and not stuck to the screen very well (as if it were put back on after being peeled off initially), the screw bag was already opened for me, etc. There was also no user manual included, so I'm not sure if that was because whoever returned it initially kept the manual or if it wouldn't have come with one anyway.
In the end, I got it installed just fine and everything works well. There is some lag between the camera and the monitor sometimes (maybe 10% of the time?) and the monitor likes to either shut itself off or go into night-mode (very dim) and I haven't figured out how to change these setting, assuming these are configurable, without the user manual.
