I accidently placed 2 orders and immediately called the customer service number on the website, expecting to have to leave a message. Not only was I answered by a human at 7pm, I did not have to wait in queue or speak to Ai to route my call.
Then my expectation was the old song and dance about how the order had been placed and it was out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda. Nope she said no problem, I can cancel that right now...AND SHE DID!

I could not have asked for an easier experience other than them jump out of the UPS truck and put it on for me.

To say I am pleased is an understatement.

Installed it on a 2023 Chevy Bolt. The instructions that came with it are easy but there were no instructions on how to install it on my vehicle. I found instructions from U-Haul for a 2022 Bolt and had to watch a video. What it didn't show was removing the rear bumper. To do that on this vehicle you have to lift the bumper up after you remove all the screws and fasteners to pop it off on each side. After that you have access to all the wiring.

I ordered the wrong size, called customer service and they helped me with friendly and professional help!

Everything I needed was available. Easy to find with pictures as well.

Etrailer has the parts I need and they make it easy to shop. Never any issues.

It took me three orders to get the correct ones but I was helped and we received the correct ones

Ordered the door that was supposedly for this model rv water heater and it turned out to be wrong, too big but didn't realize this till after I had already painted it black. Quick delivery though. I will still order parts from trailer in the future.
