Returned item within a couple days of receiving. It came after we left with the camper. But states it will take 14 days to get a refund.

I have ordered from etrailer several times for different vehicles. I enjoy watching their videos. They are very helpful and help us save money by doing the installation ourselves. However this time when my order arrived, the shipping box was torn in a few places. I did an inspection and found that the bolts to install the hitch were missing. Also, like the other people had mentioned, the hitch had scratches and damage to the paint during shipment.

Received my hitch promptly and in it was shipped in great condition upon arrival. The online installation video was extremely helpful and spot on! No issues and I easily mounted it by myself.

Product was shipped properly in good shape in a timely manner

BUT, It was a breeze returning. If you have a class V receiver with an adapter to 2 1/2" finding an anti rattle device that fits is impossible.

The order process, shipping, and communication was great. I plan to order from here again if it's ever needed.

Shopping was great. Shipping was fast. Wiring harness made the job easy.

The coupler cap spring on my bulldog hitch broke. I checked my local trailer repair shops and no one carried the part. I checked etrailer.com and they had it. Placed the order, shipped quickly, and fits perfectly. Great job.

I was worried about getting the holes threaded for the hitch. Once you get them going fairly straight it is no problem. Then it's just getting it up and bolted.

Easy process and etrailer.com was always contacting me through process. I thought small biography of person who sent me email was a nice touch.

Just installed my new blades and it was a snap. So far I am very please with the Scrubbable wiper Blades.

The sensors fit very loose around the harness. I asked if that is normal and the response I received was not very convincing. I was told if they work then it is ok. They do work but I am concerned they may stop working as the fit is very loose.

With exception of USPS routing my package the wrong direction initially, creating a longer than necessary delivery time, I could not have asked for a better experience than with eTrailer.com. Great product, great communication, and "fantastic" installation videos.
FYI: I have bought a lot of items online over the years and this is the second time I have ever filled out a survey or review. I will buy from this company again should the need arise.

I was surprised how much I'm able to see. The angles are so wide and I'm very pleased with the product. I recommend this item to others who are considering a wide rear view mirror!
