Mirrors were exactly as described and fit perfectly. Did not tow with them yet but hooked up to check visibility and they provided fantastic side views of my trailer. I'm glad I bought them. They were packaged extremely well to prevent damage. Everything from etrailer is ALWAYS packaged well. Shipping is always fast and reasonably priced. No problems. I found the fireplace I wanted and it said in stock, I ordered it and then I was informed of an issue with shipping and they asked if I wanted an upgrade, I declined and the next day it shipped. I did receive it and the box looked battered but it turned out to look like it was in good shape. But the glass squeaked and rattled. I tore into it and fixed it. Now it's installed and it look and works as expected.

The instructional video is great. I can see how easy it is to install the wiring harness for my Highlander. I purchase the harness and the test light (which also on sale).

Item arrived quickly and in great condition. It took me awhile to install it because I had to order a cobalt high speed 17/32" drill bit- couldn't find one at my usual hardware outlets. Otherwise, installation was a breeze. Looks good on the Tahoe- doesn't stick out too much and has good ground clearance.

Came in via UPS box busted but top was okay except for a small dent in the passenger side rail. Top was very easy to install only issue is that it's not tight at the tailgate, thinking the seal will expand with some heat from the sun. Overall a very good top for my Ford F350 DRW with 8' bed. I would recommend E Trailer to all great customer service and expert advice!

The mirrors fit over my factory mirrors and don't interfere with the cameras and lights. Seem to be made out of sturdy materials. I haven't installed using the ties yet nor traveled with them so don't have info on that, thus only 4 stars.
