The key to installing is finding a solid mounting spot brake controller. Do yourself a favor and get the wire harness made for your vehicle and you save on time and possible problems. I used a empty switch cover and drilled holes to fit remote head control knob, snapped in place and reinstalled dash panel. Looks like factory and no problem with banging your knee on surface mount brake controllers!

Ordered several items, called in to verify overnight was available and was told it was. Lo and behold it was not shipped, when I called in I was told I missed the cut off. Fine...ordered Wednesday, so if I missed Wednesday should have been shipped Thursday to be received on Friday. It did not happen, received Tuesday and was shipped on Monday. 6 days after it was supposed to be here.

Quick delivery - but got two different bottoms with my order... waiting to hear if we can just swap the bottoms or if I need to send back...

Need to come up with a different bolt design in order to "fish the bolt and plate" maybe supply a bolt with a tapered end with a hole drilled thru so wire can be run thru hole. Then wire would not constantly fall off. Very frustrating. Brackets themselves are great

I wish I didn't have to call and talk to a person to order parts. I could have save myself some time and eTrailer some money if I had the ability to order my own hardware kit for installing a receiver.
