Always good service and great products. Unfortunately the packing was awful. Two heavy wheels in a box that was way too large. The delivery guy was big and strong, but the wheels shifting suddenly as he unloaded the box nearly twisted his back. Don't send that big box. Luckily the wheels weren't damaged. The third wheel was in a smaller box, which worked much better.
I bought a wiring harness since I was installing a hitch, it plugged right in, everything went slicker than owl $#*!, had the whole thing done in less than an hour, and I am NOT a professional mechanic by any measure. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future towing needs.
