I had to purchase a replacement part. That came unseated when in storage. For some reason corner clampdown became completely disassembled and a small spring and main bolt not jiggled out of the Thule interior when moving from storage to installation. That one clamp could not be reassembled and used to hold Thule on car roof rack. Also replacement part very expensive. Overpriced.
The agent was super helpful with choosing the right trailer for my car but when it arrived the box was mangled and half of the trailer was sticking out of the box. The paint was all scraped off the parts of the trailer that were exposed. Since the trailer is made of very dense steel it fortunately wasn't damaged, and I don't care about the paint as the trailer will be under the car, but you need to do better at packaging the item being that it's so heavy and the box is so flimsy.

Needed to get snow chains quickly for a trip to the mountains off road where the weather forecast was rain and snow which can cause serious muddy conditions. Placed order and received in two days. Didn't need to use the chains so I can't speak to the quality since I never even opened the box.
