I was trying to decide between two fifth wheel rail kits for my Toyota Tundra. One was about $75 cheaper and I didn't now the differences between the two. I called customer service and was told the cheaper one had a better finish and to buy that one. Nice that Etrailer didn't try to sell me the more expensive kit. Good honest people.

Shipping was surprisingly fast. The hitch was the correct one, hooked right up to the factory pucks. Used it to tow a camper from Minnesota to New Mexico with absolutely no problems.

I ordered my tow hitch and a bolt plate was missing. Customer service was prompt and said they would send another one. When I looked at the replacement invoice I informed them that they ordered the incorrect replacement part and sent them a picture of what I needed. I was assured that it was coming with the hardware package they were sending. It did not come with the replacement hardware package and I had to have it sent again. Overall about a 3 week delay to get the correct part.

I always return to eTrailer.com whenever I think they may sell what I'm looking for. Great selection, great website (detailed info and install instructions), and I've always received my (sometimes heavy!) items pretty quickly and undamaged. This time though, one of the two items I received was clearly a returned item/open box. The box had but torn open and retyped closed, the hardware bag inside as well, and there were scratches on the item as well. I was in too much of a time crunch to return for an exchange, and I did receive all parts, but I didn't buy a used item so was bot happy about this. Initial inquiries to customer service resulted in a $10 offer and apology. When I pushed further and said I would write an honest review, they increased the credit to $60. Fair enough I guess, thus 4 (not 5) star review.

Ordering was painless, shipping was as expected, so no issues. I would order from etrailer again.

I wish there were other options sometimes only etrailer is the only option...I would pay more for the same product if I could get good service...just figure out customer service Etrailer

Sales and delivery were excellent. Product was as described and easy to install

The videos on website were very clear, shipment was on time and installation went as planned. It took a friend and I about 1.5 hours to install the Ecohitch on a 2018 Model 3

Had trouble ordering my wheels in the beginning because the website kept rejecting my order. When the wheels arrived, they were not protected inside the box so we're scratched on the edges during shipping.

It was relatively easy to find the part I needed that was lost when I let someone use my bike rack. The website had a good description so I had a reasonable assurance that what I ordered would fit.

I have not tried the keys yet, but the ordering and delivery service was very good.

13 year old tie down broke, impressive that they haven't changed a good thing. New one fit and operates perfectly.
