Everything went wonderfully! I, a 26F with just a little mechanical experience was able to install the etrailer reciever hitch myself on my subaru crosstrek and successfully hook up wiring for trailer lights thanks to their very helpful and clearly explained videos! Very happy with the product and performance so far! Moved from FL to NY with the 5x8 uhaul trailer with it. Love the matte finish. I feel extra cool and empowered now i can tow anything and did everything myself!

Not installed yet. The hitch was shipped with no protective packing, and it broke through the box. Others have reported this, too. ETrailer says once it's in UPS' hands, they have no control. Right, but why don't they prevent this known problem by bubble wrapping the hitch or using styrofoam in the box? Disappointing.
3rd time ordering from these folks, their communication about receiving the order, picking the order and sending it out is unmatched by any other similar competition oany I jave ordered from.

Great site for all your trailer needs
I went to many hardware/propane stores in my area and no one carried the specialty hose that I needed. One knowledgeable propane manager stated that I should try to purchase online. I researched several store and picked etrailer - which was a great decision. No only did the stock this hose but shipped out quickly. Pretty cool how they show their staff processing my order. Great job to all.
Referral codes rejected for discount. Otherwise install was accomplished by one person with the help of a hydraulic floor jack. I installed the center bolt first to provide a pivot point to leverage the l/r sides into place.Took about 3 hours with one person...

Order was shipped and received quickly. It did NOT come with screws which is a little silly. My husband was able to get it installed easily.
