Fantastic product! This my second one, having put over 50,000 miles on the original over several years, I bought another for our other car. Well designed, simple to use, well made, high quality. Rock solid attachment to vehicle hitch, not like other racks that wobble. Can't say enough good things about this rack. The lightest I've found on the market. I would give it ten stars if possible. Fits on a Sprinter van, but you have to lower it to open the rear doors.
My snow chains were scheduled to be delivered the day before we got 20 inches of snow. UPS showed up with an empty box and said they would file a claim later that day. Before that happened, I called etrailer to explain what happened and Will sent out a new set before UPS could even file the claim. My chains arrived too late for the snow (got stuck twice plowing without them) but I was impressed with Will going above and beyond for his customer. I haven't opened the box yet but wanted to describe my customer service experience.
