Pleasant experience with eTrailer every time! Always a helpful and professional staff, when needed.

The pin that locks the receiver to the hitch is not long enough. I contacted an etrailer rep and they said they would contact the manufacturer and get back with me on a fix. I have not been contacted it's been over a week. I need a new pin that's approximately 1/2" longer than the one that came with it. Everything it the pin is great. Unfortunately what sold me on the unit was all the pins keyed alike if I can't get a pin that's longer and fits my keyed lock I'm going to be forced to go in another direction. Please help me thanks.

Recieved kit in alotted shipping time undamaged. Called to report some missing 8 grade nuts in the kit and had to purchase locally to finish the install and was reimbursed with a copy of the receipt.

I needed a seals for trailer house axels the are being used for my sail boat. I could not locate any at a parts store or welding shops but found them on your site.

I ordered the curt loaded 2 and 5/16 8" forged drop hitch as well as a curt 2" ball. Went with curt because their weight capacities always exceed everyone else's. Part was just as described, no issues and arrived quickly even with standard shipping. Etrailer has always been excellent to me, a separate purchase for helper springs I once ordered, I needed a exact measurement of a bracket in the kit due to my lift kit, and with one email and detailed picture of the measurement I needed, within 24 hours they had the info I needed. This was not a spec online, someone had to open a box and measure this piece. This kind of support is why I will always choose etrailer. I've bought multiple trailer brake controllers, and 3 or 4 hitches. Always good price, and excellent customer service.

Great product, timely delivery, initially purchased the wrong item and excellent customer service for return.

I have been a customer and purchased 3 trailer hitches, the same problems have happened to all 3, broken and open boxes with paint damage to all 3 hitches. I am just glad none of them were bent or missing any parts.
