I decided to buy additional strap hinges based on the build quality compared with the ones that came on my trailer originally. The etrailer version is much more sturdy! Quick shipping, too!

Did it all by myself. Super easy. I am a large man so no problem holding the hitch up while I put nuts on carriage bolts.

For my 1997 Excella 34' Airstream, the screen door latch was a perfect replacement, even though the doc said it wouldn't.

I bought a Roadmaster, double 2" drop and 4 inch " rise hitch adapter! Best Steel and unsurpassed welding!

We'll be a Great addition to my truck. It should be easy to install.

Seems sturdy and heavy duty. Arrived on time. Took off a star because packing was poor for such a heavy item. The hitch broke right thru the thin cardboard box and was dragged around because all the exposed areas had wear marks and multiple places are scraped to bare metal. I had to spray paint all those areas because returning this item would be too much of a hassle.

Fast, easy, and most importantly it fits!
Would recommend this website to anyone looking for a hitch that fit!

Bulb would not fit. Diameter is too large at top end for bulb to fit far enough into the receptacle to be able to latch.

Quick and easy the rims fit exactly as i expected and was delivered quickly

Ordered the Tow Pro Liberty with wiring harness for my truck. On checkout it suggested a switch panel mount so I ordered it too. Received the order and noticed the panel mount was too big so I had to send it back. When I received the new mount one of the tabs was broken so I had to return it and get another.

When I was looking for electric brake controllers I was not excited about having a box by my knee! Love having everything under the dash and having just the little knob in the dash and it looks like it was from the factory.

Easily found product, easy to check out, e-mail to confirm payments and shipping, received product within a few days, checked to make sure that I received the product and was sent a thank you e-mail. Very courteous and professional. It's rare that I'm in need of trailer items but I've bookmarked just un case and will use again and again.

The roof and would start up as the cover lifted, but within a few seconds would stop and the roof hood would close
This behavior still happens with the replacement board, but not as much. It still seems a bit sketchy.
I'm not sure, but perhaps another circuit board would be more reliable.

Very efficient! However, once I put the new wheels on, it was clear that the fenders were about three inches too small. I purchased the correct size fender for a 14 inch tire, but probably didn't read that I needed to measure somewhere for the distance the axle (and hub) extend beyond the exterior of the enclosed trailer. I'm unable to return the fenders because I've already drilled holes and affixed the fenders and the clearance lights. They look awesome, but the wheels are about two inches too wide.

Customer service handled the return easily. Return documents received.

The hardest part was cleaning out the holes so that the screws would go in smoothly
