I ordered replacement end caps for the Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack with order number *******001, but unfortunately, both arrived damaged. I contacted customer service to request replacements, and I spoked to lauren she was incredibly helpful. She demonstrated thorough knowledge of the products and addressed my concerns promptly. I requested that the replacements be packaged securely to prevent damage, and I am pleased to report that they arrived in perfect condition. Was able to find all the parts we wanted for our camper. Received them pretty fast.

Received the harness as promised and in a timely manner. Installed the harness per instructions. I did experience an issue - o be all installed, connected to trailer and only the left side (drivers side) worked properly. Notified Dave and he suggested it was not a good connection. Pulled all apart and reinstalled checking all connections and only the left side works.

Got the camera, installed the camera, it only worked when I shut the truck off. Would have been a useful tidbit of information to know not to be using the auto lights on the truck, but to turn on the lights manually.

Online questions answered quick and very helpful. Overall the information online, problem analysis, videos on website and YouTube - well done.
