Ordering was easy, shipping was super fast! Box arrived damaged, I'm sure from carrier but no damage. Took picture before opening and customer service said to open and inspect. Found no damage, have yet to install but will do that soon!

As I emailed yesterday I have three holes in the cover, I would like either to get a new one, or a large discount and will need two more patches.

The hitch was well made and installed perfectly. The only suggestion would to install foam covers on the mounting sections to prevent them from piercing the box during shipping.
