Have purchased from Etrailer previously a number of times...Why. Because you do such a great job in describing the product in detail in videos and provide again detailed videos demonstrating the installation process. See is believing a big Value Add on the part of etrailer.

It was super easy to choose the hitch that I needed and to order it. I received it when it was supposed to and the entire process went very smoothly.
Got all the stuff for installing & wiring the hitch receiver on my '24 Subaru Forester, installing the very next day. Took a bit longer than the video portrayed but I was prepared for the inefficiencies of 'first-timing' such a project.
The actual trailer hitch was good quality, but the box arrived damaged, and when I opened it, hardware was missing. The bag of hardware was open, and parts must have fallen out of the damaged box during shipping. I had it installed locally, so the installer was able to get replacement hardware at Home Depot, but very inconvenient.
