I ordered on Tuesday and I had it in my hands on Thursday. I went to install it on Friday and I discovered the remote and users manual missing. I contacted customer service through "e" mail and they shipped it immediately. After installing the fireplace on Sunday I was disappointed again as it was inoperative. I contacted customer service again and they responded Monday morning and shipped a replacement, which I received on Wednesday. Fireplace is in place and works great.
