Not the first time I've purchased here. I have had a positive experience every time I've used this site.

Bought these to replace the decade old breaks on my daughters horse trailer when one of the old ones stopped releasing fully. They were plug and play, although I do wish that new nuts were included as I would've liked to replace them at the same time I was replacing everything else without having to go to the hardware store. Overall a great product at a very reasonable price and they were here so fast I didn't have to borrow a trailer to get the horses to their next show.

Delivered on time and my mechanic installed it yesterday. I will load our truck camper on in a few weeks but expect this to be just what I need based on others teviews

Hitch got here earlier than expected which was great. Everything I ordered from E-Trailer always gets delivered early so far! Hitch looks great. Boxes were not destroyed! Hitch fits in my truck like it is supposed too.

I received this camper cover and it has a couple small spots at corners where the sewing is very poor and incomplete, also 2 buckles under the cab-over are missing. Making it impossible to connect the straps.
Basically I expect it to last a season or two at best.

Ordering from E Trailer was extremely easy with fast delivery. I especially liked the installation video that I was able to watch before ordering, so I knew how easy it would be. I haven't actually towed with the product yet, but I imagine it will work just fine. The email communication was awesome, as it kept me informed as to the status of my order throughout the process.

Ordering was simple to do and descriptions are detailed so you know what to expect.

None of the parts relate to other parts. You have to do all the research to find the right part, often buying other parts that do fit. They need someone to coordinate what works with what. Doubtful if I will use them again!

I needed to replace the hitch pin (bolt) for a Yakima bike carrier. Finding and ordering the correct item on the etrailer website was quick and simple. It was shipped immediately and arrived earlier than expected.

Ordered two dometic AC's. Both arrived boxes damaged and one complete unit was in need of complete assembly. Compressor and squirrel cage rumbling around in tray not secured by any means. Now that AC will not start, fire up or anything.
