I ordered 3 different items from 3 different venders to flat tow my pick up. Etrailers shipping was far better. Communication of shipping date and delivery was spot on. Most companies had the package off and don't care.

From the personal email confirming my order on a Saturday, etrailer was fast and had the best price on NOCO products. They also sent an email letting me know my order had shipped, and one stating it had arrived. You will not find this level of personal customer service anywhere else. I would challenge anyone to give etrailer a try, and like me, you will be a repeat customer for life. Thanks to Amy at etrailer for the updates on my order!

I have never ever had a problem with etrailer. I recomend it to everyone. If you own a trailer etrailer is a good thing to have in your tool box.

I'm a Swiss Army Knife kinda guy. So, adding a class 5 bumper pull hitch to our Semi was a long time coming. I shopped the huge heavy plates and ultimately decided on this one. 20k is plenty of capacity for us. Anything heavier will be a different type trailer. Installation was pretty self explanatory. I made sure it would fit, then took it to a local welding shop, and they had it mounted in less than two hours.

Needed a piece that broke on my stroller. Shipped fast. Ordered one extra thing I didn't really need so will check to see if I can return. Thank you

After discovering that not one, but both turned signals were out on my trailer on a trip coming back from Canada I was surprised to find the tail lights. I needed on each trailer and ordered them at a very affordable price and now I have working turn signals again thank you very much.

Received all in 2 days. Very heavy duty boxes with good packing. I haven't installed yet, but all looks to be in good condition due to packing.
