I received a damaged bunk and I called and received a new one in about 3 days.
I own a Roadtrek class B and had a drawer lock break. Apparently these locks are a problem for all Roadtrek owners! This item is not easily found anywhere! I have tried other items to no avail and shopped locally for a similar item but they were not the right fit. I found your site and looked up this thumb lock and when reading the reviews there was one from another Roadtrek owner and he said they worked for him, so I bought a few! Thank you for ending my search.
Got my RV part pretty quickly and was super happy. But they used big copper staples to close the shipping box instead of tape. I ended up cutting my finger pretty bad when reaching into the box to retrieve my parts.

The little bushings worked as expected (in a half inch hole). They may not hold super securely, but I think a little silicone caulk on them will fix that if it becomes a problem.
