I ordered my e-tags on-line and they were sent to me within a few days. Thank you for your help in this matter.
I did think the charge of $29.00 was high. Everyone uses the computers more and more each day. I think we are taking advantage of with this charge. I had to use the computer because I received the notice on November 8 and mine expired on November 30 and wanted to make sure I received my tags in time. We have 3 cars, 1 truck and a motorcycle, when the tags are due I will be mailing them in, a stamp is less expensive.

Yes, it was quick and easy BUT... the online fee was outrageous! I can't believe a $36 tag ended up costing me $65 just because I opted to use eTag! It was not like that before (I'd always bought mine online) and I will never use eTags again. Mailing it in is much cheaper.

I was desperate to get my new registration because the tag on my car had completely worn away and I was afraid I was going to get a fix it ticket any day. Fortunately I got the renewal notice in the mail just as I expected it. I went online to see if I could arrange quick renewal. First I tried to call the DMV using the phone number online but that proved very frustrating. So I chose the online option, followed the instructions and got immediate email notification that my tags would be shipped soon. To my total amazement they arrived in less than a week! Ive properly removed old stickers and applied my new one. Got my registration in place and Im good to go for another year. It was so quick and easy!

Shocked after receiving my tags to pay $70.00, when the one year tags were only $40.00. Just be careful that you read carefully before submitting your order on line.

Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order.
