My renewal cost double than if I wnet in to the tag agency. I think is not fare to have to pay that much more for doing it on line. Don't do it.
My total went from $46 for tags to total due of $76 after etags added your $25 fees. I would have never and will never sgsin use this. This was sneaky and I was noy made aware of this cost. Terrible

Of course I was happy with the speed of delivery, but I could have displayed my proof of purchase in my rear window. And I could have saved $25+. Yours is a scam operation feeding on the innocent.

It was easy to renew my tag but I would say a bit to much money. It nearly cost me double the amount I wouldve paid if I did it at the registration office.
My wife renewed her tag through etag on January 3,2018 it is now January 31st 2018. She has made several calls to costumer service and it's always something different. Wrong tag number, wrong address which turned out the the lady was saying it wrong. First one never came in the mail, second one sent out and never came then she gets a email saying the first one was sent back to etag. Now we are on our 3rd order being sent out let's see how this goes lady said 2 to 5 days. I have no hope for it! Will never use etag again! We are pissed!

However, if your order had the "wrong tag number", then we would not have processed it on the 3rd and you would not have been renewed or charged. If it's a wrong address once it was resubmitted with the correct tag, that is something we cannot control since the address is entered by the vehicle owner at the time the order is placed. If USPS is sending the envelope back, we also cannot control their delivery process. We do want to make sure this is resolved quickly.
