Hello! This is my second time using eTags to renew my registration and tags. The renewal process is quick and simple. The tags were shipped fast and the follow-up email was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
It was quick and easy. Thanks.
Easy -please note change of name and address
All good
Ez to use i like it
Id give it a 5 for speedy service, but a 3 for charging a lot for this convenience. That tacked on service fee was not clear that it would be almost as much as the tag itself. Boo!
This is a great service.
Convenient, but not worth the high processing fees.
The online order, which I have used many times in the past, this year did not state clear enough that I would be charged an eTags Service Charge of $19.95! When I noticed that I was charged almost double the vehicle registration I was outraged. I will never ever again use the online service since I always renew several weeks prior to the expiration date.
This is a great service that was super convenient! Saved me time and driving around and waiting at the DMV, but you pay for the time saved. I'd do it again though! They have awesome customer service and everything was done and sent directly to me via email and mail. Job well done, Etags!
Painless, except for the price, especially for a car that is 19 years old. Maybe there should be a sliding scale based on the age of the vehicle.
Online process is easy to follow but when I tried to send a question in to support it asked for a customer ID and I had no idea what that was supposed to be. I tried my DL and my tag number but it didn't work so I had to wait for an answer on the phone. Otherwise, I really like the ease of the process and I really appreciated getting emails notifying me of the progress right up to getting my tags in the mail!
Went online to order, to be honest I didnt read the fine print. I should have mailed, excessive service fees. Actually cost quite a bit more. Last time I spent 3 hours at the tag office and it was terrible. I will be mailing from now on, online sales for tags should not be charged to the taxpayers
I am really happy about etags' existence. I don't have to go to a tag agency and wait in line for a while. My tag came fast to my house. The only bad thing is it confused me because on the website it said "pay $25" but I ended up spending $60 in all. Another thing was that I purchased 2 tags one for each car I own and for each tag I was charged different service charge one for $12 something and the other for $19 and some change less $5 for reusing this service for my consecutive year. Which still comes up to a but more then first timers.
I think I should get my express cost refunded to me. I beleive there is no excuse for the delay while I had to drive to work with an expired tag
I havee not received my order yet. (regestratiom) I would like to know why. It has now been1 week and 1 day. Please respond.
Such a wonderfully easy site to use! Thanks. Once I realized, due to being in the hospital and missing renewing it last year, I was dreading having to go on-line and be caught in a loop of directions but this was incredibly easy!
Thank you
It was fast and perfect service thanks and keep forward. It takes less than 15 min to locate my inquiry through the web. And just a click got my registration copy
Excellent
Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Thanks for your question and best of luck.
Answer: Hello Patricia, thanks for your question and our apologies on the delay in reply as we do not check this third party, independent website regularly. You certainly can order a duplicate Florida title on our website by visiting https://www.etags.com/app/fl/print-title. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone or email were we promise to get back to you in a prompt time frame. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. If you would like to no longer receive emails from eTags, you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email you received from us. We can also unsubscribe you if you would like to send us your order ID or tag number and name on the order. To unsubscribe from emails from separate parties such as SiteJabber or ShopperApproved, please use the unsubscribe link in their emails or contact them as they are not affiliated with eTags. We hope this information helps. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi Wilma, thank you for your message. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email and they will be able to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Answer: Hi Kim, Thank you for letting us know. I am sorry you have not received your shipment. Please forward either your Order # or plate number and I will investigate and get back to you quickly. Kind regards, Cole

Hi Peter, we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience. However, we do itemize our service fee and other fees both before and after an order is placed. We apologize if that information was unclear to you when you placed your order. Please feel free to contact our support team to review this further. Your satisfaction is important to us.
