Excellent way to register vehicle. Especially for military personal.
Very convenient --Thanks!
The fee should have been told up front! What benefit did I receive for 34 dollars. Then another 5 dollars to rush. Can u cancel?
Confused on total price
Easy to do.
The process was easy to follow, but I would have preferred to have known about the $24.95 service charge at the time of service, rather than after the fact. I would have probably completed this transaction as a two-year renewal, rather than just one-year.
Very efficient
Very fast, simple and easy for the user but the ststem will not process my order and keeps teling me that it wont go throughand then my order is cancled
Clicked on two year renewal and the bill only showed a one year renewal.
In the past, I have ordered my Florida tags by internet, I have "NOT" paid the extra fee of $ 30.00 plus. This was almost as much as the tags.
Could not stop order after I saw the charge.
Very disappointed with site.
Will not order by internet next year.
Very dissatisfied customer.
My mistake this time, but not the next.
I wanted to renew for 2 years but it only took 1 year it appears, and the price is lower than if I mail it in so I am not sure if the site is correct.
I did not realize that I was not on the Florida DMV site when I renewed the registration for my husband. My error for not paying attention. Customer service explained where the information indicating it was a private company was on the web site when I called. Leah in customer service was very cooperative and patient answering all my questions. It is a good service and quick with good follow up by email. I am glad it worked out but you have to weigh the price of a stamp vs. their cost and decide if you can wait. I will use it for myself next time my renewal rolls around. The registration comes in the mail quicker so it is off your mind.
Very good service never realized it was not direct to DMV or that I was paying extra
Easy. Exception is on new email address. Gmail not accepted as valid email address.
Got the email part figured out, my mistake.
BUT WHAT WAS JAW DROPPING WAS THE $25 SERVICE CHARGE. MY $37 RENEWAL COST ME $70! FORGET THE CONVENIENCE OF ONLINE - ITS A RIP-OFF!
Ok ok
Easy to do
It was quick and easy but rather expensive
I suppose to have a refund of the service amount and haven't received any notifications yet.
Awesome.
Works fine and lets me know when I don't follow the form correctly!
Haven't seen what the cost will be. Otherwise much better experience than some of the other registration sites.
Comment after receiving the license...There should have been some information as to how long after "filing" I would receive the licence. I did have plenty of time and the interval was reasonable but I did wonder.
Main problem is the cost as apposed to simply going to a "tax office".
Answer: Hi Karl, yes, you can. If you are already an owner of the vehicle, you can order a duplicate or replacement title if you lost your original copy. If you need to transfer ownership into your name, you can also request a transfer of the title only without applying for a registration. We provide both of these services in Florida, California, and Pennsylvania. New York services will be online soon. Visit eTags.com to choose the state and service. If your vehicle is not currently registered in any of those state or you are not transferring that title to that state, you can still do the same service directly with the DMV in the state you are in. Thanks for your question and best of luck.
Answer: Hello Patricia, thanks for your question and our apologies on the delay in reply as we do not check this third party, independent website regularly. You certainly can order a duplicate Florida title on our website by visiting https://www.etags.com/app/fl/print-title. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone or email were we promise to get back to you in a prompt time frame. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. We currently offer renewal service online in California, Maryland, and Florida. You will be able to still use our service if your vehicle is registered in California or Florida. Please keep in mind that the DMV will require we collect the past due amount along with the fee to bring your tag current through the next year. If your vehicle is registered in Maryland, the MVA requires you renew in person if you are more than 6 months late so you will not be able to complete the order online with eTags. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Answer: Hi John, thanks for your question. If you would like to no longer receive emails from eTags, you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email you received from us. We can also unsubscribe you if you would like to send us your order ID or tag number and name on the order. To unsubscribe from emails from separate parties such as SiteJabber or ShopperApproved, please use the unsubscribe link in their emails or contact them as they are not affiliated with eTags. We hope this information helps. Take Care and Drive Safely.
Answer: Hi Wilma, thank you for your message. We apologize for the delayed reply as this site (sitejabber.com) is not owned or operate by eTags and we do not monitor communications via this independent reviews website regularly. Our support team can respond to inquires within 24 hours if we are contacted directly by phone or email. On our website, both before and after and order is submitted for Florida registered vehicle, we itemized our service fees and we disclose that your state registration fee is to be determined (TBD). The Florida registration fee is not listed on the website becuase, since we are not the DMV, we have to send your plate information to a state licensed agency to calculate that amount and that is done offline. We do provide a resource before the order is placed that allow you to estimate the amount of your state registration fee and we also disclose on our website that we are not owned or operated by any government agency. We apologize if you missed that information prior to completing your order. Your registration was already renewed on 3/24/17 and this cannot be reversed with the state DMV. Your tags were already shipped to the address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone or email and they will be able to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Answer: Hi Kim, Thank you for letting us know. I am sorry you have not received your shipment. Please forward either your Order # or plate number and I will investigate and get back to you quickly. Kind regards, Cole
